Dragon Inn offers well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds, some even described as spacious, suitable for families, and equipped with decent toiletries. Guests appreciate the free parking available behind the inn, though maneuvering requires care due to the narrow entrance. The inn features a large beer garden, perfect for enjoying the evening sunshine and surrounding scenery, and a good breakfast is generally on offer, although some have noted limited "breakfast bar" options instead of a full cooked breakfast. It's also a popular pub and centrally located in an attractive small town, making it a great base for exploring the Brecon Beacons.

My standard double room had good space. i also saw it had good ammenities. breakfast included good quality choices. i found parking behind the inn. It needed careful maneuvering because of the narrow entrance, i liked that.
The stairs to my room felt a little steep. It was no big problem, but i did noticed it.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities

convenient kettleoff-road parkingnice barfamily room
The family room accommodated us perfectly for two nights. The room included a kettle, convenient for making tea. The hotel provided off-road parking, a significant advantage. The bar area was very nice, it added to the charm of the experience.
The initial room allocated had a low ceiling in the bath area, making showering difficult.
Rooms
9/10
The room included good beds for everyone and plenty of space. The cleanliness was superb and contributed positively to our overall experience. It ensured a pleasant and comfortable environment.
Service
10/10
The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, addressing our needs effectively. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of options and high-quality ingredients, catering to various tastes and preferences very well.
